Our attack should have Gyan and either M.Amoah.or Tagoe.Although he scored today, I am getting a bit disappointed in PT, for not improving his game. His first touch is still awful and prefers not to contest for aerial balls when they are crossed to him but rather tries to go around his marker with the hope the defender misses the header.

Our mid was just ok ( the mid was crowded though, that;s why the Beninois used a lot of wing play and counters). One area we are way ahead many teams is with our depth in the middle, just imagine Narry and Laryea didn't play today!!!!!!

And for a home team we got no favours from the SA ref, he gave fouls for their dives and refused some calls in our favour for rough tackles and push and pulls on our boys.

In short, he was neutral and above all impartial.

No - may be the pre match evelop was not fully stuffed

How come tagoe's first touch is now an issue for people?

As I keep saying it seems to me certain players have more expectation on them than others.

He scored so surely that conquers all?

Muntari is a game-breaker even if you think he is lazy. He just showed two moments of genius
1) the perfect cross to Tagoe for the first goal
2) the mighty shot that hit the crossbar before he was ubbed

Imagine what would have happened if our other big stars just hadat least one moment of brilliance in that game.

Oh well, i still maintain that we cannot have him play like that every time. Since i started watching this guy, he gets lost in games and appears occasionally with a shot or a pass and sometimes a goal but what we need from him is 70mins consistency. that has always been my problem with him.

Namesake, a midfielder CANNOT be invisible for most parts of a game, and show two moments of brilliance - one of which in fact yielded us nothing: no goal, no corner kick!!

Forwards are afforded that luxury, because their primary objective is to score.

I’ve watched the match all over again and I think we should reshape all sectors particularly the defence and frontward lines.

We have a lot of young players so it is good for now and the future though we should’ve done better. We didn’t get enough efforts on target and we didn’t test them enough.

We were expecting Benin to have been poor but they were brilliant and Ghana has responded to the pressure upon them.

The thunderous strike from Sulley which hit the post was outstanding. Some of the players were superb such as boy Inkoom, K Asamoah with Quartey but a heavy guy like Addo should learn how to run.

The win has re-instilled a feel good factor in Ghana nowadays and we hope the winning continues in Mali regardless of Keshie's swank.

Irrespective of what team you beat, winning creates a healthy atmosphere in camp just as the three points which has given us a boost.

Kwadwo Asamoah was very good; but lets see consistency.

I think he needs time to develop fully though; especially he needs Experience.

Hmmm Boss, I have been watching most of his games this season, and his level of performance is always the same...
the guy is class... Nothing fazes him...plays with veteran like maturity ..

I was watching his Benin game over and over and I couldn't believe the moves he was making with such confidence.

Asw3, I'm super impressed.
