[1] See how woeful Nigeria are
[2] See how woeful Senegal are
[3] See how woeful Cameroon were in the first game
[4] Against Zambia, Emana coming into the team made all the difference for Cameroon
[5] See how Ghana is struggling without Appiah
[6] Without a playmaker, you cannot open up opposing defences
[7] The days of winning the African Cup of Nations without a playmaker are long gone
[8] Ask yourself why teams played well with Okocha, Olembe, Kome, Fadiga, etc but all of a sudden when they left, these teams were bad
[9] African FAs have to stop hiring these defensive-minded German and English coaches who do not understand the value of playmakers
[10] In the case of Berti Vogts, he was told he needed to take a playmaker to Ghana 08 but he refused to listen. Look at the list of playmakers that was drawn up for Herr Vogts:

[1] Uche Kalu - Almeria (Spain) DOB: 15-11-1982
[2] Rabiu Ibrahim – Sporting Lisbon (Portugal) DOB: 15-03- 1991
[3] Nduka Ozokwo – Nice (France) DOB: 25-12-1988
[4] Lukman Haruna – Monaco (France) DOB: 04-12-1990
[5] Wilson Oruma – Marseille (France) DOB: 30-12- 1976
[6] Isaac Promise - Genclerbirligi (Turkey) DOB: 02-12-1987
[7] Oladapo Olufemi – Boavista (Portugal) DOB: 05-11-1988
[8] Rafael Ademola – Westor Academy (Nigeria) DOB: 04-11-1990
[9] Solomon Owello - Niger Tornadoes (Nigeria) DOB: 25-12-1988
[10] Efosa Eguakun - El-Merriekh (Sudan) DOB: 01- 11-1986

Yet he refused to take any of them. Anyway, the good thing is that he has been fired. Imbecile of a man!

Vogts is a perennial failure devoid of what it takes to win modern games.

The Nigerian team we saw was the most unbelievably awful team in the history of Nigerian soccer... Shocked quite an eyesore.

Do you think Le Roy should start him as a playmaker against Morocco?

A decision has been taken in principle. It will be announced after the team departs Ghana on Tuesday.

[1] Nigerians are no longer interested in the ANC
[2] Do you know that many Nigerian journalists are already starting to pack up?
[3] Even if we scrape through, the damage has been done
[4] Those first two games have left a bitter taste in the mouth
[5] Even if we scrape through, it will not compensate for the earlier rubbish
[6] Even if we win the cup, Berti's job is gone
[7] Over the long term, we will be better served losing to Benin so that Vogts can be sacked immediately and we can start afresh
[8] If the team manages to scrape a few wins together, it will create confusion as to whether it is good or not
[9] If your building is faulty, the best thing to do is knock it down and rebuild it, rather than patching it up here and there
[10] I do not want us to go through because if we do, it will lead some people to say Vogts is not bad afterall and a new argument will start. Let us lose and let him go

In your opinion, is he good enough? Do you think that if he played, Appiah would not be missed at all?

In my opinion I honestly think Nigeria has as good a chance as Ghana does of making the QF.

We are no longer interested. Getting rid of Vogts is now the main priority. That is why I want us to lose to Benin.
