Well what do you expect? People invest significant amounts of money in winning party nominations and stuff...there is no free lunch. Try winning a nomination without greasing elbows and you'll be shown the finger.
It used to be that they took kick backs and the projects never materialized. So if they take kick backs, the projects materialize and they invest these kick backs into their communities by way of malls, soccer academies and factories, instead of loading up on Cialis, putting Legon girls through school and buying luxury cribs and rides..you gotta admit that's progress, anaa?
