Banku or Etsew or Benku is mainly prepared from corn dough but akple has more of cassava dough included....i think...the more the cassava dough the stretchier the aklpe

Fanti is between Ga and Fanti. we love fermented dough
and i think truemamamia gave the best description..
banku has more corn and akple is just fresh corn dough and a lot of starchy casava
