well i believe the heart ..... the energetic heart knows everything about anything and everybody and is in constant communication with everybody ...... and true the conscious mind is not to be bombarded with all these things .... for example the conscious mind is not bombarded with having to think gravity into place every moment or beat our physical heart every moment or even respire the body at every moment .....

the conscious mind is not created for such things but there are people who are in tune with other centers of their being and change their focus from waking consciousness to other aspects of themselves and bring it back into consciousness .......... like Q said, clairvoyants etc ......

and true such beneath the surface info streaming constantly into waking consciousness for most people at this time will be too much of a bombardment to the conscious mind .... it may be a sign of a purposeful imbalance or wateva .......
