100m Finals
Aziz 7th place
Vida Anim 4th place

Ghana's female hockey team beat Zimbabwe,5-3 on penalty strokes to pick bronze

Ghana Cyclists
No meda. They blamed it on worn out and burst tires. Some of the bikes have been in use for 10 years and are heavy bikes

Disabled Sports
Ajara Moahmmed won women's 1500m race:wheelchair category, GOLD Anita Fordjour clinched bronze

Ghana Netball wahala
Ghana women beaten 79-22 last Wednesday, by South AFrica and then yesterday Tanzania also whooped them 88-19 and we out.

You should have read the reports from yesterday on the swimming and other sports. We were 27th and 28th in a group of 28 :oops: :lol: :lol:

At least they didnt drown
